We don’t like to conform to the norm… Pretending to be something we’re not doesn’t bring happiness. That’s why we don’t have offices in London/New York/Paris. Instead we’re headquartered in the Swiss Alps, in one of the world’s best ski resorts – and have a network from Nashville to Nuremberg.

At haisai, our number one KPI is HAPPINESS. We believe that whilst more traditional KPIs are important, happiness underpins all of them. If employees are happy, partners are happy, and if partners are happy, customers are happy, and so on…We put our money where our mouth is. We put our employee’s HAPPINESS first. Making our employees happy allows us to hire and retain some of the most talented people around. It’s actually where the name haisai came from.
